An Options Counselor can help you develop your own action plan and connect you to resources, services and support that will help you remain in the community. Options Counselors can visit with you in your home, a healthcare setting, or a place in the community. We offer person-centered planning that ensures that your choices are respected.
OCES is a proud member of the Aging and Disability Resource Consortium of Southeastern and Southern Massachusetts (ADRC SE SM). ADRCs serve people age 60 or older, and individuals with disabilities of any age. With a single contact to one of the member agencies, ADRC staff works together to connect individuals with the appropriate services and supports to help people live independently in the community.
